Hello once again to all you fellow British Car Lovers! I know it’s been a while since we last communicated but many things have been taking place behind the scenes. Most importantly are the plans for the car show. May 24th is the date this year and we are trying to decide on a location. Our choices are 1) Days Inn Airport (as usual), 2) Centennial Park, 3) The new parking lot next to Union Station Hotel (used to be the train shed). Each place has it’s advantages and disadvantages. Our business meeting will be Feb 16th and each area will be discussed at length. Please join us and let your voice be heard. YOUR VOTE COUNTS!!! Your annual dues notification is enclosed, please make whatever changes are in order to bring it up to date and SEND IT IN WITH YOUR CHECK. Thank you. The dues are the same as they were last year ($20) and the British Marque News subscription is still included. Please keep George Ross in your thought and prayers. Last month a piece of wire from a wire brush went under his face shield and into his eye. He had surgery last week and although the prognosis is good, it will be quite a while before he will be back in strength. That’s it for now. See you Sunday. JD.
